Bio: A 29 year old (almost 30) Veterinary nurse, living in Leeds. After a long time of weird and not so wonderful symptoms I was finally diagnosed with ceoliac disease around April 2014. The last few months have been a bit of a roller coaster and a huge learning curve. After an inspirational gluten free burger I have decided to embrace my new life style and look for the positives.
